1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging Arthur's Roofing for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Scope of Services
Arthur's Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services, including inspections, repairs, replacements, and storm/leak damage assessments. All services are subject to a written contract signed by both parties.
3. Estimates and Quotes
Any estimates provided through our website or preliminary inspections are for informational purposes only. A final, binding quote will only be provided after a comprehensive on-site assessment and will be documented in a formal service agreement.
Prices are subject to change based on actual site conditions, material cost fluctuations, and any unforeseen structural issues discovered during the project.
4. Storm Damage Documentation
When providing storm damage documentation, Arthur's Roofing acts as a professional contractor; your insurance carrier determines coverage. We are not insurance adjusters and do not interpret policies or negotiate claims.
5. Warranty and Liability
Workmanship warranties are provided for all full roof replacements and are detailed in the service contract. Manufacturer warranties for materials are provided by the respective material manufacturers (e.g., CertainTeed, Owens Corning). Arthur's Roofing is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing structural issues or extreme weather events exceeding material ratings.
6. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
Arthur's Roofing (a trade name of Arthurs Construction LLC) operates an SMS program to communicate with customers about their roofing requests. When you submit a quote request and consent to texts, we may send you transactional and informational messages such as your roof measurement results, your quote link, appointment scheduling and reminders, and project status updates. Promotional and marketing messages (such as seasonal offers) are sent only if you separately opt in via the optional marketing checkbox on our forms.
- Message frequency varies based on your roofing request and preferences.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- You can cancel at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe and you will no longer receive SMS from us. To rejoin, sign up again through our website.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
